Where are you located?
Our Las Vegas car rental office is located 10177 W. Charleston Blvd. #E, Las Vegas, NV 89135. However, with our FREE airport and hotel rental car delivery service, you will never have to leave your Las Vegas location in order to get your rental car. We bring it to YOU!
What are your hours of operation?
We can be reached 7 days a week for pick-up or delivery to most Las Vegas hotels and Las Vegas' McCarran Airport. No vehicle deliveries will be made on Thanksgiving, December 25, or December 31. Reservations covering these holidays may be subject to a minimum rental period, with all deliveries and pickups occurring before and after the above mentioned holidays.
How are car rentals priced?
One 24 hour period constitutes a rental day. We offer a 30 minute grace period for returns before late charges apply. Please allow a 60 minute window for your delivery to insure that your rental is properly serviced and inspected for the safety and pleasure of your experience with us.
How old do I need to be to rent a
car from LVECR?
Must be 21 years or older (25 years or older for Exotic vehicles)
What type of drivers license is
acceptable?
All renters must present a valid
drivers license, with photograph, at the
time of rental.
How do I make a car rental
reservation?
By PHONE: To make a guaranteed reservation, we need a credit card number in the renter's name. You can supply this information over the phone at 1-866-871-1893. After making a reservation you will be guaranteed your chosen vehicle baring any unforeseen circumstances (accidents or service needed).
ONLINE: You can make a car reservation online by clicking here...however, please note that an online reservation is subject to availability, and is only considered final and guaranteed, when given approval by return email within 48 hours of online reservation.
Do I need a credit card to rent a
car from LVECR?
At the time of rental, you must have with you a Driver's License, insurance card, and the credit card with which you reserved your rental. Las Vegas Exotic Car Rentals accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, Master Card, America Express or Discover.
Are additional drivers permitted?
Additional drivers are permitted, as long as they meet the same requirements as the primary renter. There is no charge for additional drivers.
How do I get my rental car?
We can deliver the vehicle anywhere in the Las Vegas area for your convenience at no additional charge. For deliveries outside the Las Vegas valley, please contact us for more information. We offer airport pickup and drop-off service to the surrounding Las Vegas airports.
What coverage is offered?
The daily rental rate for the vehicles assume the renter will be responsible for the full value of the car and do not include any insurance coverage. All renters must have full coverage insurance under their own personal name that is transferable to the vehicle and show proof at time of rental.
I don't know how to drive this exotic sports car!!
Do not worry! Before you leave, one of our customer service representatives will spend extensive time with you to show the proper operation of all controls and to make sure you are comfortable with the vehicle. Most importantly, we will show you how to put the convertible top down. Do let us know if you are not comfortable driving a manual transmission. We offer many great sports cars and convertibles with automatic transmissions. For those of you that would like to sit back and enjoy the sights, we can arrange a private driver for an additional charge. Please contact us for more information.
Where can we go?
We allow our vehicles to be driven anywhere in the United States, however certain restrictions apply. Please notify us if you plan to drive the vehicle outside of Nevada. Customers must have written authorization from Las Vegas Exotic Car Rentals to drive the vehicle out of state. All renters agree the vehicle will not be used for off-roading, driven on a racetrack, or be involved in any illegal exhibition of speed.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled more than 72 hours prior to the original pick-up or delivery date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee for all standard cars and $500 cancellation fee for all exotic vehicles or the rental fee may be applied as credit toward future use within 180 days of the original reservation. If cancellation notice is received within 72 hours of the reservation date, the rental fees are non-refundable or the rental fee may be applied as credit toward future use within 180 days of the original reservation.
